The drive has an actuator, and two flexible spaced apart spring arms (12-15), where one set of ends of the spaced apart spring arms is fixed to frame legs (6) extending transversely to the spring arms. Another set of ends of the spaced apart spring arms is movable in an oscillatory manner parallel to an extension direction of the frame legs. The latter ends of the spring arms are provided in connection with a vibrating anchor (8) and coupling elements (19, 20) for driving a working body (24, 25) of a fluid pump (21).
