CONSTITUTION: A substrate(2) includes a first wave front and a second wave front. The substrate is transparent or opaque. A conductive layer(4) is formed on the first wave front. The conductive layer forms a conductive pattern. A metal layer(5) is vertically laminated on the conductive layer.
