The present description provides a method for automatically detecting an error of a wire bonding process, a system, and a storage medium. According to one embodiment of the present description, the method for automatically detecting the error comprises the steps of: storing control data that controls wire bonding; storing feature data of the wire bonding; comparing the stored data in equipment in which the wire bonding is progressed, and sensing changes; and progressing a process of detecting an error according to said changes.
