METHOD OF PROPAGATING AN EVENT OCCURRING ON A DEVICE OF A STRUCTURED RADIOFREQUENCY COMMUNICATION NETWORK

The present invention consists, in a general manner, in generating a frame as soon as a device of the network detects an event and in propagating this frame over the network from device to device. The frame comprises a configuration information item whose value indicates to a device which receives it that it must reconfigure itself to operate as a router. The frame also comprises a device identifier whose value defines whether the device, that sent the frame, is at the origin of the propagation of the frame in the network and an information item, termed the event information item, which indicates whether the event is still occurring on the device which is at the origin of the propagation of the frame in the network or whether this event is no longer occurring on this device. The present invention also relates to a method of propagating an event occurring on a device of a structured radiofrequency communication network and a device implementing the method.
