The invention comprises a highly dispersible granulate for the active principles of ibuprofen, metformin and paracetamol, such that it disperses a minimum of 90% by size of particles smaller than 125 µ in an aqueous solution. Said dispersible granulate is formed by an active principle and an internal disaggregant in a proportion from 95:5 to 98:2. The internal disaggregant may be sodium croscarmellose, crospovidone or a mixture of both thereof. The highly dispersible granulate is obtained through granulation by compaction with a machine having rollers cooled to a temperature of between 20 and 255°C, and may be marketed in sachets, capsules, tablets or gelatine capsules through the addition of external disaggregants, lubricants, aromas, sweeteners, etc., as appropriate.
