摘要 <p>A method for manufacturing high performance neodymium-iron-boron (Nd-Fe-B) permanent magnetic material is provided. The method involves the following steps: mixing the raw materials including 7.0-15.0 atom.% Nd or Pr-Nd alloy, 5.5-8.0 atom.% B, 0.05-6.0 atom.% Dy, 0-2.0 atom.% Tb, 0.1-3.0 atom.% Co, 0.1-1.5 atom.% Al, balance of Fe and impurity; making alloy strip casting by vacuum rapid solidification process; then milling, shaping and sintering. Adopting Pr-Nd alloy as the raw material can lower the production cost. Furthermore, partly raplacing Nd with Pr and partly replacing Dy with Tb can effectively increase the molecular anisotropy field and improve the coercive force and magnetic energy product performance of the Nd-Fe-B permanent magnetic material.</p>
