A method, a system and an equipment for notifying and outputting selected IP traffic offload (SIPTO) activation, which belong to wireless communication field, is for solving the problem that a user can not perceive the SIPTO activation operation on a network side. In the present invention, after performing SIPTO activation operation in a session management process, the network side notifies the SIPTO activation operation to a user terminal, thereby enabling the user to perceive the SIPTO activation operation on the network side.
