The method includes: information of a state machine is configured; when a first service is in parallel conflict with a second service, a parallel conflict processing is conducted according to the information of the state machine. By configuring the information of the state machine and processing the parallel conflict according to the information of the state machine, the present invention effectively solves the parallel conflict of a service, ensures the function stability of the mobile terminal, shortens the development cycle and satisfies the requirement of earlier market launch of the mobile terminal.
