The present invention relates to a system and method for managing an IPv6 address and access policy. According to the system and method for managing an IPv6 address and access policy of the present invention, IPv6 addresses and network access policies are set in a policy server by a user or by a user group, access policy information is generated for each user, and a user terminal receives access policy information corresponding to the user after the user terminal accesses the policy server and performs user authentication, whereupon the user terminal sets an IPv6 address and access policy function for the terminal in accordance with the access policy information.
