To improve the practical utility of a manufacturing-work machine that carries out manufacturing work by utilizing a plurality of work execution devices. The disclosed manufacturing-work machine includes: a plurality of work execution devices; and an integrated control device (130, 136) that controls the work execution devices. Each work execution device includes an individual control device (90, etc.). Each individual control device controls the operation of the work execution device on the basis of an operation command transmitted from the integrated control device. The integrated control device transmits operation commands written in a given programming language to the respective individual control devices in accordance with a single protocol (see 174), and each individual control device receives the operation command in accordance with the single protocol and converts the received operation command into an operation command written in a programming language that is being used by said individual control device (see 212). With this configuration, the program and the communication protocol of the integrated control device do not have to be changed even when the work execution devices are changed depending on the objective, and thus, the practical utility of the manufacturing-work machine can be improved.
