The implant has an open mesh, three-dimensional space net structure (2) formed from particles connected with a base structure (1). The particles include a central shaft and four arms protruded into a middle of the shaft. Two toric thickening parts are present at respective ends of the arms turned towards the base structure, where one thickening part is smaller than the other thickening part. The shaft and the thickening parts are connected with the base structure. The particles and the base structure are made of pure titanium, titanium alloy or cobalt-chromium alloy.
