The method involves connecting a system integration platform (9) as a web container for electronic payment, electronic billing, service/hotline and web-community and as Java(RTM: object-oriented programming language) communication container (JCC)-safe (7) and JCC-archiving (8). An XML-based markup language is used as data exchange format for the JCC, where the JCC has a direct access to the platform. Local centralization of a digital signature is executed by an electronic controller to perform integrated electronic and/or mobile payment procedures.
