PURPOSE: A naphthalene derivative is provided to ensure excellent brightness and long lifetime and to improve the luminous efficiency, driving voltage and stability of an organic electroluminescent device. CONSTITUTION: A naphthalene derivative is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 is selected from hydrogen, deuterium, substituted or unsubstituted C1-24 alkyl, and substituted or unsubstituted C6-24 aryl; R2-R5 are selected from substituted or unsubstituted C1-24 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6-24 aryl, and substituted or unsubstituted C2-24 heteroaryl; R2 and R3, and R4 and R5 are connected to each other and can form a cyclic compound; and CY1 is selected from substituted or unsubstituted aliphatic, aromatic, heteroaliphatic or heteroaromatic condensed cyclic groups.
