PURPOSE: A spray nozzle assembly for a ship and a ship including the same are provided to quickly and accurately clean foreign materials that are raised when pulling up an anchor chain. CONSTITUTION: A spray nozzle assembly for a ship comprises a cleaning water flow pipe(110), a spray nozzle(120), and a rotating unit(150). The cleaning water flow pipe guides cleaning water. One end of the spray nozzle is coupled to the cleaning water flow pipe and the other end sprays cleaning water to the center of an anchor chain. The rotating unit is coupled with the spray nozzle and rotates the spray nozzle.
