<p>Provided is an oxidation system of hydrogen peroxide production, which comprises a phosphoric acid preparing tank (V1201), an oxidation column consisted of upper column (T1201A), middle column (T1201B) and lower column (T1201C), a compressed air filter (X1201), a gas-liquid separator (V1202) of oxidation liquid, oxidation liquid coolers (E1201A, E1201B), an oxidation liquid tail gas cooler (E1202), a middle arene storage tank (V1203), an oxidation liquid storage tank (V1204), and etc, wherein the outlet of the phosphoric acid preparing tank (V1201) is joined with the source of the hydrogenation liquid and connected with the inlet of the hydrogenation liquid pump (P1101); the outlet of the hydrogenation liquid pump (P1101) is connected with the bottom of the upper column (T1201A); the inlet of the compressed air filter (X1201) is connected with the source of the compressed air, the outlet of the compressed air filter (X1201) is divided into two branches, one of which is connected with the bottom of the upper column (T1201A), and the other is connected with the bottom of the lower column (T1201C); two oxidation liquid coolers (E1201A, E1201B) are provided herein, the oxidation liquid outlet on the top of the upper column (T1201A) is connected with the bottom of the middle column (T1201B) through one of the oxidation liquid coolers (E1201A), and the oxidation liquid outlet on the top of the middle column (T1201B) is connected with the bottom of the lower column (T1201C) through the other oxidation liquid cooler (E1201B); and the tail gas on the top of the upper (T1201A) and middle columns (T1201B) can be condensed and recycled. During operation, the main reaction is carried out in the upper (T1201A) and middle columns (T1201B), while the task of complete oxidation reaction is realized in the lower column (T1201C).</p> |
