ELECTRODE TO BE USED IN DISCHARGE SURFACE TREATMENT, AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF

Disclosed a method for producing an electrode which can be used in a discharge surface treatment. The method comprises: kneading a composition comprising a conductive mixture of a first powder produced by any process selected from the group consisting of an atomize process, a reduction process and a carbonyl process and a second powder produced by a pulverization process (wherein the mixture contains the second powder in an amount of 10 to 65 wt%) and a binder; injecting the composition that has been kneaded onto a mold to produce a green body; heating the green body to remove the binder from the green body; and sintering the green body from which the binder has been removed.
