Disclosed herein are vials (100) and devices containing a ketorolac solution (102) for intranasal administration and a head space (104) comprising no more than about 10% v/v oxygen. Also disclosed are processes for preparing the vials (100) and devices. The vials (100) and devices may be optionally stored in an oxygen- impermeable pouch (601).
