PURPOSE: A blind which can block and penetrate natural light according to the selection of a user is provided to penetrate natural light to an indoor from outside and to block the penetration of light. CONSTITUTION: A blind which can block and penetrate natural light according to the selection of a user comprises a housing(110), a blind blade, and an angle regulating string. The blind blades are successively laminated on the lower part of the housing to be ascended and descended. The first blind is made of an impervious material. The first blind is made of a semi- permeable material or a permeable material. The angle regulating string is attached to both sides of the blind blade to control the angle of the blind blade. |
