BASIC FABRIC FOR STENT GRAFT, AND STENT GRAFT

A fabric is formed from a fiber having a total fineness of 1 to 40 decitex and a single yarn fineness of 0.1 to 2.0 decitex. The basic fabric has a yarn density of 150 strands/2.54 cm or greater in both the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, a thickness of 1 to 90 µm, and a tensile strength of 50.0 N/cm or greater in both the vertical direction and the horizontal direction. A basic fabric for a stent graft can therefore be obtained which is thin, highly strong, durable, flexible, and has low water permeability.
