PURPOSE: A pump type air bag device for shoes and shoes with the same are provided to comfortably and stably support a foot part by expanding an air bag unit. CONSTITUTION: A pump type air bag device for shoes comprises: a push pump(11) for air supply; an air bag unit inserted into a random position of shoes; a one-way check valve(13) which is connected to and installed in an inlet of the push pump; an air tube(12) connected between an outlet of the push pump and an inlet of the air bag unit; and a pressure adjustment valve(15) connected to the outlet of the air bag unit by an air tube.
