<p>An outside diameter (D) of a rim spacer (15) is formed with an equal outside diameter dimension to those 5 of fringe portions (14A) and (14B) of an outer rim (14). Consequently, it is possible to prevent a step from being produced between the fringe portion (14A) of the outer rim (14) and the rim spacer (15). With respect to an abutment portion (13B) of an inner rim (13) as well, its outside 10 diameter is formed with an equivalent diameter to the outside diameter (D) of the rim spacer (15) to prevent a step from being produced therebetween. In consequence, it is possible to prevent an inner tire (9) from being inclined diagonally between the inner rim (13) and the rim 15 spacer (15).
