<p>The power plant is dimensioned with reserve capacities of 65 percentage corresponding to the power generation capacity of the process gases maximally received from the running production process in the normal operation for the purposive generation of large reserve capacities. The power plant is optimized in its design, such that the operating point with the highest power generation efficiency lies at a load of 85 percentage or lower as partial load optimization.</p>
