PURPOSE: An extraction method of red ginseng is provided to minimize the generation of damage on indicator components, and to improve the yield of a red ginseng extract. CONSTITUTION: An extraction method of red ginseng comprises the following steps: preparing red ginseng; inserting the red ginseng into a first tank(10) with water, and crushing the red ginseng using a crusher using a chopper pump(20) connected to the first tank before extracting at 80-90 deg C for 6-8 hours; separating the obtained extract into liquid and solid portions using a screw decanter(30), and collecting the liquid; and inserting the solid portions into separate tanks(11,12,13,14,15) for extracting. |
