PURPOSE: A chopping board having an anti-separating unit for a by-product is provided to maintain the sanitation and clean state by storing and carrying a chopping board with a folded state when cooking in outdoor. CONSTITUTION: A chopping board having an anti-separating unit for a by-product comprises an upper plate(10), a bending groove(70), an outside folded line(50) and a bonding unit. The foodstuff is cut in the upper plate. The bending groove is separate from the outer circumference of the upper plate to the inner side in order to surround the upper plate. The bending groove is made of a concave groove. The bending groove is formed at the 1-3cm separated location from the outer circumference of the upper plate to the inner side.
