CONNECTING STRUCTURE OF CO2 LASER RESONATOR FOR HIGH VOLTAGE CABLE

PURPOSE: A high voltage line connection structure of a CO2 laser generation apparatus is provided to prevent the phenomenon of a leakage current by improving connection rates. CONSTITUTION: A conductive connection holder(23) is combined with an anode electrode rod(14) and the cathode electrode rod(13) of a CO2 laser generation apparatus. A conductive cap(28) is combined with the connection holder. A high voltage line(36) is fixed to the conductive cap. An insulating cap(35) is combined with the outer circumference of the conductive cap. The high voltage line is projected to the back side of the insulation cap. The connection holder includes a coupling hole(26), extension units(24, 33), a screw unit(25), and a cutting unit(27).
