Disclosed is a preparation method of a lithium transition metal oxide. The disclosed preparation method of a lithium transition metal oxide comprises the following steps: injecting reactant materials comprising lithium, nickel, cobalt and manganese into a reactor to mix the reactant materials at the molecular level in the reactor; and causing the reactant materials in the reactor to chemically react to nucleate the same.
