<p>Disclosed are a software protection method of a security device based on clock and a security device, which pertain to the field of information security. The method includes: a security device establishes a connection with a terminal device, the security device receives service instructions sent by a protected software in the terminal device, the security device protects the protected software in the terminal device by utilizing a preset time protection function. The security device includes: an interface module and a master control module, wherein the master control module includes: a communication unit and a software protection unit. The limitation information of time is saved in the provided security device, and the starting time and the ending time for the protected software to use the security device could be controlled precisely by the provided method in accordance with the limitation information of time.</p> |
