A wastewater treatment device comprises: a first solid content removing means for removing solid contents contained in wastewater to obtain a first treated water; a reaction tank receiving at least part of the first treated water and containing a microbe containing liquid; and a second solid content removing means for removing solid contents from the microbe containing liquid to obtain a second treated water. The wastewater treatment device further comprises: a first water supplying means for supplying, as a first water to be treated, at least part of the wastewater or at least part of the first treated water to a membrane treatment means for separating into solid contents and permeated water by a porous membrane; and a second water supplying means for supplying, as a second water to be treated, at least part of the second treated water to the membrane treatment means. In a combined sewer system in which rain water and sewage are intercepted through the same conduit, the problem of occurrence of contamination and odor can be solved that is caused by the wastewater and the like retained in pipes and treatment facilities during fine weather, thereby achieving the improvement of treated water quality in a reuse application.
