PURPOSE: An epoxy mold insulated load breaker switch operator is provided to prevent malfunction due to a worker in a manual operation by connecting a safety plate to a driving shaft. CONSTITUTION: A main circuit operation unit vertically operates three main circuit driving rods(12). A ground operation unit vertically drives three ground moving rods(10). A rotation shaft(24) is installed in the main circuit operation unit and the ground operation unit to operate the main circuit moving rod and the ground moving rod. A main circuit manual operation shaft and a ground manual operation shaft(44) are installed in the rotation shaft. The main circuit rotation plate and the ground circuit plate are installed in the main circuit manual operation shaft and the ground manual operation shaft.
