The display apparatus includes a substrate, a sealing member facing the substrate, a display unit arranged between the substrate and the sealing member, a driving chip arranged on the substrate to transmit an electrical signal to the display unit, a conductive cover layer covering the driving chip and a flexible circuit substrate including a conductive cover layer and signal line, the signal line being electrically connected to the driving chip.
