A method, device and system for service authorization are disclosed in the present invention, in which the method for service authorization includes that: through a message interaction between a Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) and a Mobility Management Entity (MME), the PCRF obtains the current load situation of the network where the user equipment is located from the MME; the PCRF performs authorization to the service of the user equipment according to the current load situation of the network. With the invention, the utilization rate of the network resources is increased and the illegitimate utilization of the network resources is avoided.
