<p>The disclosed device enables appropriate power generation by being able to switch between: a first power-generation control that controls a power generator (16) able to generate power by means of motive power of a motive power source (7) that causes a vehicle (2) to travel, and that, in the case of ordinary travelling wherein acceleration/deceleration travelling is performed in the state of the motive power source (7) being in operation, suppresses power generation during times of acceleration of the vehicle (2) and primarily generates power during deceleration of the vehicle (2); and a second power-generation control that, in the case of acceleration/deceleration travelling including inertial travelling in the state of the operation of the motive power source (7) being suspended, suppresses power generation during times of deceleration of the vehicle (2) and primarily generates power during times of acceleration of the vehicle (2).</p> |
