PURPOSE: A multi-pointing touch pen for controlling a capacitive touch screen is provided to improve the performance of the touch pen by inputting a touch signal through a gesture function. CONSTITUTION: A fixed type permanent magnet(51) installed inside a first bar(2a) generates magnetic force for locking. A moving type permanent magnetic(52) installed inside of a second bar according to the location of a permanent magnet moving lever(53). The moving type permanent magnet maintains the first and the second bar in a lock state when the first and the second bar are moved to the location of the fixed type permanent magnet. |
