PURPOSE: A current generating circuit and a reference voltage circuit using the same are provided to output a fourth current which is in proportional to the difference between first and third currents, thereby generating a current which increases based on a temperature. CONSTITUTION: A first current source(42) generates a first current with a plus temperature property. A second current source(44) generates a second current. A compensation transistor(Q5) is installed on a route of the second current. A first current mirror circuit(46) generates a third current. The first current mirror circuit outputs a fourth current which is proportional to the difference between the first and third currents.
