Transdermal plaster comprises a release liner film, a polymer layer (14) containing an amorphous active substance, and a carrier layer, where the active layer is provided between the release liner film and the carrier layer, the release liner film and/or the carrier layer are thermally and detachably connected to each other over a length of at least 70% (preferably over the total length of the circumference side separation edges (18)) in such a way that the active substance layer is sealed. Independent claims are included for: (1) the preparation of the plaster comprises arranging an active substance containing rotigotine and/or its salt between the release liner film and carrier layer; and (2) a device, for preparing the transdermal plaster as above per se, comprising two, counter-rotating and at least partially heatable, rollers by which the release liner film, the carrier layer and active substance layers are operable.
