<p>The system has optical fiber units (1) connecting a laser source (2) to radio signal transmitting antenna forming units (3). Modulation units modulate a beam from the laser source according to signals to be transmitted by the antenna forming units, and a photovoltaic cell array (5) supplies energy to the antenna forming units. The modulation units are constituted of a direct modulation unit (4) and beam modulation units. The fiber units are constituted of microstructured fiber, graded-index fiber, air duct fiber and hollow core fiber units.</p> |
