PURPOSE: A location detecting device using layer is provided to detect two coordinates by using the layer which is emitted from a layer generating part. CONSTITUTION: A location detecting device using layer comprises a laser generator(151), a first detector(152) and a second optical detector(154). The laser generator has a first irradiation part and a second irradiation part. The laser generator generates the laser facing a work piece(110). The first irradiation part generates a first laser(131). The second irradiation part is bent and formed on the first irradiation part. The second irradiation part generates a second laser(132) in the direction crossing with the first laser. The first detector detects the first laser passing by one side outside of the work piece. The second optical detector detects the second laser passing by the dissimilar side outside of the work piece.
