<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power trading program and a power trading system for forming a virtual wholesale power trading market, power consumers, and power suppliers on a computer and allowing the power consumers and power suppliers who have learning ability with respect to power buying and selling to perform virtual power trading. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The computer functions as: a consumer forming means 3 for forming consumers 10 to 12 which calculate consumer bidding data on the basis of a consumer strategy parameter; a supplier forming means 4 for forming suppliers 20 to 22 who calculate supplier bidding data on the basis of a supplier strategy parameter; a wholesale power trading market forming means 5 for forming a previous day market 30 and real-time market 31 for performing power trading on the basis of consumer bidding data and supplier bidding data; and a consumer parameter learning means 7 and supplier parameter learning means 8 for updating the consumer strategy parameter and supplier strategy parameter on the basis of a result of the power trading.
