PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an organic-inorganic hybrid electroluminescent device using a reactive inkjet is provided to improve the uniformity of a nano phosphor by forming the nano phosphor in a hole injection polymer layer with a desirable pattern. CONSTITUTION: A PEDOT/PSS layer(230) is formed on the upper side of a bottom electrode layer(220). Each ink is sprayed from two or more ink heads of an inkjet print. A composite phosphor layer(240) includes a nano phosphor is formed in a polymer layer for injecting hole and is formed on the upper side of PEDOT/PSS layer. A pattern, the nano phosphor, and a hole injection layer surrounding the nano phosphor and the pattern are simultaneously formed.
