PURPOSE: A heat sealer for a waterproof sheet and a construction method of a waterproof sheet for a rooftop wall using the same are provided to prevent waterproof sheets from being pushed back due to heat by forming multiple holding grooves in a first roller. CONSTITUTION: A heat sealer(100) for a waterproof sheet comprises a main body(110), a lid(130), and a heating body(120). The main body comprises a drive motor(112) and first and second rollers(114,116). The first roller is rotatably connected to the drive motor and is frontward and backward moved. The second roller is separated from the first roller and is rotated. The lid covers the opened part of the main body. A part of the heating body is protruded from the bottom of the main body and is movably inserted between overlapped waterproof sheets.
