<p>The sensor has a torsion bar for detecting angles and difference angles of rotor disks (2a, 2b), and an indexing unit for indexing a permanent magnet (10) with a hall sensor (8) when traveling through a reference position of a steering wheel. The sensor is arranged outside stators on a printed circuit board (1) in a radial manner. A flux guide plate (9) is assigned to the hall sensor, where the plate conducts the flux of the magnet to the sensor in the reference position.
