PURPOSE: A steam exhaust pipe for sterilizing soil is provided to use steam sprayed from a hose for sterilizing the soil by the continuously installation of the exhaust pipe including through-holes in the soil. CONSTITUTION: A steam exhaust pipe for sterilizing soil comprises the following: an exhaust pipe(10) receiving a hose(100) to the inside, formed in a pipe shape with plural through-holes(h) for discharging steam; a cover(20) including elastomer grooves(21) for inserting both ends of elastomers(30), located on both inner sides of the exhaust pipe for inserting and discharging the hose; and a barrier film formed on the outside of the exhaust pipe for isolating the insertion of the soil and passing air. The exhaust pipe is buried in the ground.
