PURPOSE: A wiper blade binding location variable structure is provided to cover the front of a wind shield glass using a different standard wiper blade. CONSTITUTION: A wiper comprises a wiper arm(100). The wiper arm supports a wiper blade. The wiper blade is separably connected with a retaining clip(300) to the wiper arm. The retaining clip and wiper arm are connected to an intermediate member(200). The intermediate member is connected to the retaining clip using a bushing. The bushing independently is separated from the retaining clip. The location of bushing is changed with a bushing location changing unit in the free area of the retaining clip.
