PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device for setting a guiding route of a user's preference by a simple operation without performing troublesome user operation such as way point setting, and a plural route uniting method. SOLUTION: This navigation device is equipped with: a route search part 31 performing route search according to a plurality of search conditions; a crossing node detection part 33 detecting a node at which searched-for routes cross each other; and a route setting part 36 setting, as a guiding route, a route obtained by together connecting routes each selected on a crossing-node basis by user operation in between a present position and a destination. By using a plurality of routes first searched-for by the search part 31, crossing nodes allowing branching are automatically detected and screen-displayed. A branching route is made determinable at will only by a simple route selecting operation at a crossing node while a guiding route is made simply settable for causing one route to be branched into second routes in mid course.
