A dispensing nozzle is arranged on the dispenser unit through which the countermeasures are dispensed. The dispenser unit is arranged within the aircraft fuselage. An aperture for dispensing the countermeasures is arranged in the wall of the aircraft fuselage. The aperture is arranged to substantially coincide with the dispensing nozzle.
