An eyeglass frame (100) comprises a thermoplastic sheet laminate incorporating transfer eyeglass decorative patterns (120) and one or more covering layers (110, 130) bonded thereto. A process for manufacturing an eyeglass frame comprises: preparing a thermoplastic sheet laminate incorporating eyeglass decorative patterns (210); bending the thermoplastic sheet laminate under heat and pressure to form one or more intermediate products in a first mold (220); and bonding one or more covering layers to the intermediate products from the bending step in a second mold (230).
