PURPOSE: A flat panel and manufacture method thereof are provided to increase the durability of a flat display panel and to reduce the loss of a first substrate and a second substrate. CONSTITUTION: A cohesive substrate(2) is cohesive with a first substrate(21) and a second substrate(22). A part of the first substrate is removed from the cohesive substrate in order to have the predetermined thickness of a first substrate. A part of the second substrate is removed from the cohesive substrate.
