PURPOSE: A liner rewinding apparatus is provided to align a liner and wind the liner so that the liner can be recovered and reused. CONSTITUTION: A liner rewinding apparatus comprises a let-off(3), an alignment roll(4), a plurality of driving rolls(5a-5d), a first check roll(6), a second check roll(7), and an EPC controller(9). A liner roll(2) for collecting is installed at the let-off. The alignment roll is aligned with the liner unwound from the liner roll for positioning the let-off to the center. The driving roll advances the liner passing the alignment roll. The first and second check roll unfolds the crumpled liner. The EPC controller helps the alignment of the liner wound in a winder roll(8).
