A MANUFACTURING METHOD OF TEA CONTAINING THE EXTRACT OF DANDELION USING MINERAL WATER AND TEA CONTAINING THE EXTRACT OF DANDELION MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME

PURPOSE: A producing method of a tea beverage containing dandelion extract using mineral water and the tea beverage containing the dandelion extract are provided to improve the absorption rate of the dandelion extract to human body. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a tea beverage containing dandelion extract using mineral water comprises the following: mixing 0.4wt% of dandelions and 0.8wt% of brown rice with 98.8wt% of mixed water including the mineral water and purified water, and extracting the mixture for 30-40 minutes at 80-85 deg C to obtain the dandelion extract; mixing 99.4wt% of dandelion extract, 0.02wt% of vitamin C, 0.5wt% of xylitol, and 0.08wt% of scutellaria baicalensis extract; and packing the obtained beverage after sterilizing.
