PURPOSE: An acupoint stimulation apparatus is provided to enable a user to effectively recognize the location of acupoints. CONSTITUTION: An acupoint stimulation apparatus comprises: a core electrode to which voltage is applied; and a dielectric barrier discharge unit(130) which covers the surrounding of the core electrode and includes a dielectric cover that is arranged between an acupoint and the core electrode. The dielectric barrier discharge unit stimulates acupoints by using the plasma generated from the dielectric barrier discharge unit.
